* Nightly rate requires 2 nights minimum stay.

All rates include up to 4 people in a standard cottage, and up to 6 people in a large cottage. Each additional person is $10 per person, per day.

Standard Cottages

Cottage has two double beds in a large studio-type room. Will sleep four comfortably. Cottage contains a toilet, stove, refrigerator, sink, all dishes and table service, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.

Large Cottages

Cottage has a separate private bedroom with a double bed, as well as a double bed and a set of bunk beds in the main room. Cottage contains a toilet, stove, refrigerator, sink, all dishes and table service, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Other Important Notes

Modern shower facilities are available in the main building.

All cottages have a screened porch overlooking the lake. Each cottage includes use of a boat, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Guests are asked to bring your own towels and linens.

Guests are encouraged to reserve weekly rentals early for the eight weeks beginning June 26 through August 28, as this is our busiest period.  The realities of a short rental season may soon require us to accept only weekly rental reservations during this period.

Well behaved pets are welcome for a $10 fee

Deposit

NO RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. A $100 deposit is required for all weekly rentals. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Reservations of less than one week will require a deposit equal to one night’s stay.

Cancellation Policy

For weekly rentals, cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of reservation date to receive refund of deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. All cancellations made less than two weeks prior to reservation date will forfeit deposit.

For weekend rentals, cancellation must be made within 48 hours prior to arrival date. Deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee.

5 Lakes Resort reserves the right to rent any unit at any time in the event of no shows, or early departures.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in is 3 p.m., check out is 10 a.m.

ALL COTTAGE BALANCES ARE DUE UPON ARRIVAL.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards!

Rates do not include Michigan Use Tax.
